Heh.
My friend (Josh) stole an iPod Touch (he knew whose it was) a few days ago, he wanted to SELL IT TO ME. He said it was his, but he forgot his password (a bit odd, because the screen was scratched up like crazy and it looked like it has been used a while). Anyway, I decided "eh, why not. I can easily unlock his iPod..."
I accidently kept iTunes open when I was getting ready to restore it, and the iPods name was "Logan's iPod". I didn't bring it to school the next day and said "Hey, guess what, someone stole it out of my backpack." He had no choice, he had to tell the teacher.
He told the truth, that he took the iPod and that he knew that it was Logan's iPod. He told the teacher that he wanted me to buy it, so he wouldn't have it anymore, so he wouldn't get into trouble.
He got in so much trouble with the teachers, and Logan's mother (who should I say was a lawyer), but in the end, Logan got his iPod Back (today I brought it back to school and gave it to him) and Josh got punished pretty damn badly.
tl;dr: read it, friend.
