Like 5 of the buttons fell off of it, and I don't want a usb keyboard.

There are replacements for the keyboard itself, and I know how to replace it. (Dells are pretty good with this.)

I would buy it from there, but I've never used them before, and I'm not sure if they're reliable/trustworthy.

I don't like buying directly from them so much. I remember looking at RAM, and it was overpriced to hell. Will look up, though.

Bah, requires some service tag bull. I'm too lazy to look all of that up right now.

Just by it from Dell, its only 15$.

Also, you have no luck with PCs.
