The following is a preview of what I can accomplish in my spare time. Feel free to rate x/10, but if you do, please explain why. My goal is to improve, and I can't improve without knowing what I did wrong in the first place.
Please note that this was stuck on my desk for a while so it's a little dirty. Also, my friend and I were having a drawing war on the other side, so please ignore those faint lines in the backround. Below the ship is a rebel Correlian Corvette from Star Wars that you can use for scale referencing. The Polaris is roughly the size of a Star Destroyer

Its nice.
I bet you worked on it section by section and kinda doin it as you went.

Whats the stuff erased or on back?

Methinks he drew a stuff version, didn't like it, and erased it.

Actually, I drew the whole ship with armor and stuff, but I thought it was kinda boring, so I went back and divided the armor plates into scafolding, added some guns, and WHAMMO!

Send that to loving From Software and tell them to use it in Armored Core 5.

I'm going to assume that was a compliment, thank you!  :cookieMonster:

Of course it was. :D

It would make a great Arms Fort.

That's the Stigro, a water based AF, but yours could be an airborn/space type.

Space. Definatly space. It's too big to fit inside a planets atmosphere without;
A) being a huge target
B) tearing the atmosphere to shreads with sub-space engines and an intense ammout of radiation
C) alternating the planets magnetic field due to sub-space engines and an intense ammout of radiation
D) burning stuff :D

scan it to photoshop and turn to line art, that would look so epic

I don't like drawings with a ton of detail like this one... sorry, just my opinion.

detail = realism
...sort of...

Woahoho! Nice drawing broham!

Not if it was on Jupiter or Saturn :P

Also, you should try what Rad said
