New Script: Stun That Bitch! [v4]

Description
Instead of kicking a noob, banning them for a period of time, then perm banning them. Why not stun them first? Just like a policeman you type /stun victimnamehere to use it, you get to stun that noob whose hammering your face, or stun that noob whose hacking your deathmatch, now go out there all you Super Admins, and STUN THAT BITCH!

V3 > V4
Changes:
Now the stun message is global, in other words everyone can see "Blockhead has been stunned!"

If the super admins abuse it like that, then they should not be super admins. Proper admins would only use it if you deserved it. So, if you want to join a server and not be able to move, you should act like a complete handicap.

Its Server Sided, therefore the Host gets to pick if (s)he wants it or not. If (s)he has Bad Super Admins, then its Her/Her fault, and theres always a Dissconnect button if its a Newb/Noob server.

That is probably the best  way to handle a noob,this 4-stage system is nearly perfect the nearly is if the Host is stupid enough to not permaban them thell keep coming back if they want and keep getting banned so youll only have 5 minutes of peace

This is just some ideas from me do not take these personal

1. Its to abusive to trust anyone with i started a server and tons of people came and had a tazer fight even i couldn't resist its addictive and hard not to use even for responsible people

2. We already have a mod like this from tezuni

3. It was a nice idea just not needed much.
