Add-Ons aren't working

I installed them and added them to my Add-ons folder, and they still don't show up in game D:

[Ad Bot]

[Littledude]

Before you start your server you have to check them off by clicking the addons button and choosing which you want to be activated, also this may be in the wrong section.
