How do you "save" saves?

I wanted to add a save file to my files of saves. How do i do that?

Hit Esc key> Click "Save Bricks"> Add a name for your save> And click save

I think he means save files on the forums.
Download the file and save it in saves>the map that its made for

example: saves>bedroom
