On a different note, you say that it's very easy to make, and Atticus here is an "art major"I doubt it.. I would LOVE to see you attempt to draw a warship that's HALF as detailed as mine is! Also, if you would take more than a few seconds to look at it, you would notice that there is a point to everything. There are guns, transport tubes, light arrays, scanning systems, and certain parts of it were designed to unfold into various devices such as repair arms and docking claws.

So go ahead, please, I implore you to show me how to make this better by drawing a completely new ship from scratch. Because it is easy to make, you should have no problem replicating it. Oh, and remember to not use models or pictures (the one displayed here in the first post), nor any tools such as rulers or protractors (because I didn't). I also expect, because it is easy to make, that it should take you less than an hour, because that's how long it took me.

Have fun! Oh, and if you back out of this challenge I'll know that you're lying and you're trying to put me down because you actually think it's great and you're jealous.

Well, I didn't draw a ship, but I started drawing a robot, as I said I would.  The amount of detail is already around the same, and as stated in the picture, it has value, depth, perspective, and little loving text.  And on the top, it says "What you drew"(if you couldn't see it), and below it is abunch of little lines that took me less than a minute to draw.  Regardless of the lines being worse than what he did, it still shows that it doesn't take very long.  Oh, it's obviously a WIP, and I know I never finish my stuff, but since I got this far within such little time, there's no way I won't finish it.

Also, sorry for the stuffty ass picture, once it's actually done I'll take a better one.

That looks awesome, or at least better than what StarHawk was feeding his ego with.

thats loving sweet man, how long you been drawing for?

How long it took the picture, or how long I've been drawing for in general?
Picture took an hour, and I've been drawing for about 10 years now.

nice nice.

Hot damn. Your really good at humanoid figures. I can't even draw the basic shape of one, yet I'm ok at 3d objects.

loving sweet, Lalam. Love it.

Epic. I'll be honest. But once again, yours is a perspective drawing, while mine was ment to be a blueprint. You don't have to go all out and try to make all of Blockland hate me.
Well, I didn't draw a ship
And once again, you didn't draw the ship! You avoided the topic, and you avioded the ship. Once again, I fail to see how you can compare this to mine, because the two are, once again, different.

EDIT:
also, that little "what you drew" comment up there, completely irrelivent. That is probably a fifteenth of the size of what I drew, and I had a distinct image in my head of what I wanted. But, if it will satisfy your need to try to instigate a witch-hunt on me and my drawing skills, I'll make another, more "clean" version.

The drawing took me an hour, it has perspective, depth, and value.  It was also fairly easy for me to draw, and it is mainly a bunch of lines.  The point of making it, is to show how simple it would be for me to draw your ship.

So draw it.
This whole time you've been going about "oh it would be so easy to do", so why don't you actually sit down and do it?

Did you not just get my last post?  Your ship is about a quarter of the loving robot, I have no point in drawing it.

By quarter, I'm assuming you mean size?

No, I mean the basic outcome.  Mine shows alot more than just lines.  Partial symmetry, shading, basic 3D affect.

Ah, gotcha.

Anyway, if you recal, mine's not suposed to have 3D effects and shading. Like I said, it was dificult to understand enough without shading, and as for the 3D I will say this once again, mine is supposed to be a blueprint. A perfect side view. No angle. Mine is symetrical down the middle, you just can't see it because it's a side view.

Anyway as I said, I'll get to work on the Polaris Mk II. I'll try to work out some of the problems you stated, such as making it a bit less busy and adding some additional fire power. I'll also add some different shades of black and gray, but over all it's supposed to be a darkish-gray color, like graphite from a pencil.

EDIT:
I don't know how much of an opinion you might want from me after our previous "battles" but if you do here it is;
It does look great, but you might want to beef it up a bit. (By the way, I'm assuming it was meant for battle)
It seems a bit vulnerable around the arms and waist, places where the robot is pretty thin, and it wouldn't take much to shoot its arm off. Other than that and a noticable lack of weapondry, it seems fit for duty (once again, I'm assuming it's a battle robot)

Don't make the inner frame again.  Go draw the actual ship, and making it coming at you or something.

Also, if you weren't aware, this whole thing was because you couldn't handle a little criticism.
