I have used cheat engine for fun.  It was annoying though because if you're on someone elses server the speed hack doesn't work. You CAN use it to get the weapon you want in a DM though.....

Pickle, you are handicapped and you totally fell for what this guy wanted you to do, he wanted to freak you out, the key is not real!!!

He has a script that has all the people in the server and he says your ID and then some fake key.

You know HE DID do someones key a guy name Fantaman said "OMG that was my key!"

The only way someone can steal your key is if you literally give it to them, they hack your email (Which you'd have to have an easy as forget password in that case), or someone gets it through spyware or something (In which case you'd have to be stupid to download such).

No you can't.  The server controls all weapon damage and projectile creation, so the best you could do is mess up your own gui.  Of course if you're the host, there are much easier ways to cheat.

The keys are definitely fake, this just shows the power of suggestion.  How many people do you think actually have their key memorized?

I had spoken with the person who was performing these tricks.
So you deleted / deactivated / something both of his keys?

Also, it turns out he was just using a simple loop to make the "keys":

I forgot who it was but after Anti was in my server, this guy (I know him but I forgot his name) made a script that makes up keys :\
It looks authentic but it's fake.

Yeah, I guess I am not getting the double deactivation. I mean he did do it only on one ID. I was not there or know much of went down, I just know the outcome. Badspots game, badspots keys.

If you use the cheat engine you can get sv_cheats to 1 in any other game and use console commands you usually can't.

The speedhack works in CSS, I've tried it.
