Ejects disks

ok, now my mac ibook ejects the ubuntu install disk about 20 seconds after I insert it and it doesn't recognize it. anyone have this problem/how to fix it?

The disk is probably damaged. Run it under hot water, dry it off with a really soft material (or paper towel), and put it in the Mac.
