For some reason, whenever I set limits for a multiplayer server they are the defaults when I spawn.
Aka 100 props, 0 NPCs, 30 entities.

are you sure? there's a section with cs go models without CS: GO installed, and the icon of them shows perfectly.

I would be all out to get on GMod and make some poses, But once I open it, It loads a few seconds then closes.
