Okay I have had some practice with posing and I think I'm ready to post here again.

First good one I did

I was going to add more HD people but I started lagging the forget out so I didn't

Didn't like this one as much, but I'll post it anyway

It's not I quite literally put the camera in the model's head.

I think the camera's just zoomed in or rotated to a point where you can't see the rest of the torso

I know the exact model that's used there and i can say for certain that their head is just slumped down to the side and is in fact, not in their chest

well stuff, i cant make any gmod screenshots because i had to swap out my 5770 for a 6670 and it runs much slower
but ill have a 750 ti in a week so ill be good then

i made 3 things in the span of maybe 2 weeks at least
also the last image was a test to see if i could make accurate glassing effects and make a flaming engine look like it's in motion
