Facial expressions, a few realistic nitpicks like using the AWP Magnum sniper while standing up and you've got to get better at filling the scenes, if they look empty they look lazy.
Take some of my old poses for example (the rest are on page 400 if you care)





The space is filled and attention has been paid to the finger posing and the face posing plus the posing stays close to some level of reality, if you polish your skills more you'll probably be better than me soon enough though.
