Okay seriously, what the heck, ever since i installed the beta, i've always had a problem where i can't move certain bones such as the head

Not to sound rude, but yes, a lot more

Use the No Collide tool to attempt to put the gun in the Sniper's hand (same for the present), overall though, i'd rather not use the Beta for posing since the eyes and fingers are broken currently, but that aside, the Spy's pose looks weird like he's tilting sideways or something, and why did the RED Spy stab the RED Heavy?

You can switch the HWM model skins through the console.
Masterlegodude knows all about it.

Got the console command to change the skins form lilrobot, fixed the Spy's posing, the Sniper's SMG, and added hats because tf2.
