Are these public domain? I'm just getting cracking on Graphic Design for TSA, and it cannot include copyrighted or registered artwork, and I didn't know if brushes count.

I honestly don't know. If they don't specify in the description, try asking for permission by email.

For some reason GIMP brushes aren't in the sidebar. A quick google barfed up the link, though....why did I post this here?
