Alright,call me a noob if you must but i am one.ill admit it.How do you unzip a zip folder?

Um, you should be able to normally by opening it, but if you can't, just install a program like Winrar or Winzip to unzip it.

Edit: Wait... I DL'd it, but neither decals will show up in-game... I saved it to Add-Ons and everything, but it's just not there.
