Hit the light and the switch with the wrench and go to events and you will be able to see how it's set up, same applies to any other bricks you can select with your wrench that have events.

For the light, have it named 'light'.
For the light switch, have the events:

0 [ticked] onActivate>NAMED BRICK{light}>setLight>Player's Light
1 [unticked] onActivate>NAMED BRICK{light}>setLight>None
2 [ticked] onActivate>self>toggleEventEnabled>0 1
