Moving avatar issues

I recently made this really neat running loop animation thing, but it won't play.

I'm guessing this is because it's not 75x75 pixels right?

if a gif is bigger than 75 75 when you upload it here it resizes and looses its animation

So, Should I upload it to photobucket then resize? Or can you not resize Gifs on Photobucket?

Now I need to increase FPS and/or Resize it.
