Rykuta "The stalker"

Ok so I was in the CotB server and one of Rykuta's advirtisers comes to the server. I banned him and then get IRC spam from Rykuta. Eventually he says he is going to kill me. He just went from screaming at me about banning his advirtisers to saying he is going to kill me. And he thinks because I got a 2K ID instead of my old 4K one that I stole it. I don't even know how he saw my ID since he never comes to servers I'm in, I also don't know how he knows my old ID is a 4K.
