Its name was
FAIL.
It said under;
You are attempting to send requests with no command or identification tags.END

This message does not appear in the default Blockland code.  It must be add-on related.

the same thing happened to me!. im thinking its probaly the zombie extras (if you have it) or its some other download. but for me it happened during servers i host and during title screen. even once during jorgur's dogfight server
