You must look down.

I understand that you must look down.

I take the normal wand (white one with blue sparkles) and sit in the horse I look down and swing and....... Nothing.

It should be flying up but sadly no.

Then I take the destructo wand and try again this time jumping off the bed and looking down.....Nothing

Then try looking at an angle and......Nothing.....No flying what so ever.

you need the perfect angle, not STRAIGHT down...

I don't know what it is then. Make a bot and hit it with the destructo wand. Does it move?

I think badspot fixed it though...i tried it a little bit ago and i can only go a little bit...sorry dude...
