If it has anything to do with V11 then it is a lie.

V11 doesn't even deserve the hype, half of the community won't be able to see physics, and then the forums will spammed with "I no see bricks bounce HELLP!"

He said "Thursday", also linking to the Valve Time list, Valve obviously doesn't make Blockland, but if you look at the 'Actual Time' for Thursday on that list, you'll see your answer "When it's done."
