Author Topic: My aunt died today.  (Read 5624 times)

[pretty much stolen from my dA, but I don't care]

Really, this has been the worst month for my family. It's been death after death after death. At the beginning of February, my Great Grandmother passed away. It was a hard time for us, but we started recovering from it. Later this month, this week in fact, a wild cat that my grandparents took care of, died. She was 18 years old, so I guess it was her time. Now, however, just today, one of my aunts was found dead in a jacuzzi. Nobody knows what happened. My uncle pretty much hit rock bottom. It's actually sad, because my aunt was a drunk. However, two hours before she was found dead, my uncle was talking to her, and she actually didn't sound drunk. Anything could've caused this, whether it's heart attack to seizure or whatever.

If you live in Arizona, you may have seen it on the news that someone drowned to death today. That was my aunt.

Looking on the bright side, I'm gonna be missing school again for a few days to help my family set up for the funeral. So I guess it isn't all bad.

I know how its feels, my uncle shot himself.

damn your family is just being picked off by the reaper.
better look out homes, youre next.
or are you?

Yeah, a few months back, someone shot themselves in our neighborhood.
I even heard the gunshot too, but had no idea what it was.

Thanks.
When my great grandmother died, I watched Rick Astley - Never Gonna Give You Up on YouTube until I started laughing so hard. :D

My family members have been dropping like flys lately as well. Death is death, you have to move on.

Reincarnation?
yes i believe it so.

Haha Miga you sick friend

Also: My grandmother died July 24th. It was really sad because it was that she had breast cancer about 5 years before, which was 'cured'. They didn't radiate her spine or brain, so guess where the cancer went when it came back! I had to visit her at least every other day for the most of the summer and the end of the school year last year. And after a while, we knew she couldn't live much longer, so we took her home with Hospus. She died about 2 weeks after my birthday, which I celebrated with her. I still get really sad when I think about it though.

What?
Seriously, I'd do ANYTHING to get out of school at the moment.
Not kidding, school is just adding on to the terribleness of this.

Oh wow man, that sucks.

How well did you know her?

I feel your pain :/
My grandfather died about a week ago.

Well, she used to cut my hair.
She used to work at JCPenny's at a barber shop in there. She was one of the best haircutters.
Pretty much, I knew her through all my life. Even when she started turning into a drunk.

Sorry to hear.

Something like that happened to me before, it was February of 2004, and my uncle dies, and while we're trying to recover from it, my aunt dies.

I'm sorry for your loss.

PS. On the other side, you'll have a few assloads of work to do when you come back from your few days off.

Sorry.

Sorry to hear that. It`s been a while since I was in funeral last time, but, who knows what will happen. I would rather stay at school than have a triple funeral, and I`m sure would you. Sorry again.
