I hear about these activate buttons i cant find any though. Anyone have any tips?

But this could just be him trying too ask for a free Identifaction key. If that is the situation he will obviously be flamed in the masses for asking the forums for a key...

I believe he's taking about events.

onActivate is an event. You trigger it by taking off all your weapons so you have nothing out (try pressing q twice, or once if you heave some sort of tool or weapon out), and then clicking it.
