CityRP doesn't have an engine. If it did, it'd have a totally different total-conversion mod download. It's just a simple script that allows handicaps to create unwanted servers where people join, wait hours on end for money, build houses, sell weapons, kill people, get jailed, repeat.

...stop qouting with answers please, and i dont want to go buy GTA. and who said we had to base the gta mod off of the city rp mod. I know we have bots but the Sambot sucks and the bots we use horses and mechs and stuff for dont even move!

It is possible, you just have to be really loving good at Torque with console commands or scripts.

actually they'd have to make a completely different mod for this, considering it uses city rp and it's really just a job edit with a few new features.
