Is there a way to prevent users from downloading server sounds so you can make them a separate download to reduce server load?

I want to make it so that when a client connects the music from my server wont download

Turn off all your music add-ons 'cept default
or tell them to go to advance network options and tick the download music and sounds buttons off.

Id like to set it so new users don't slow down my server by downloading the music files but let them get them off a link

having players download music files when connecting to your server, dosn't slow down the FPS-rate. They are simply downloading music files so they don't have to load that certain song again on any other server.

its a bandwidth issue some of the files that i want to add are large
