You shouldn't be dating until you're 17 or 18. No matter how much you think you love someone when you're going through puberty, you really don't.

Dating isn't about falling in love with someone (well it may be in the long run), its about getting to know people... Telling people not to date until 17 or 18 is awful advice, especially if you're only saying that because you haven't been on a date yet. It also helps you get experience for when you're old enough for a proper relationship.
