My neighbor mows/does other yard work shirtless and in short shorts. The winter was nice because he actually wore clothes, but it's just gotten warm enough for him to start again. Oh, and he does it like twice a week.

iLol'd.my neighbor is SO ANNOYING he calls just about every day to ask to come over,and if i say no,he will hate me.he is very compulsive,and talks like a girl.even though he dosen't go to my school,there is someone even worse there.once,at my birthday party,he was downstairs with us,and there was a gun cabinet in the family room,where we were watching a movie.he go so hyped-up with the fighting in the movie,he ran over to the gun cabinet,and guess what he did?he tried loading a shotgun shell BACKWARDS into a .45!
