I think it's a bit high poly for something for Blockland.
That's not derogatory at all though, it's really good.

I've seen things that visually use far more polygons than that truck in Blockland, and they've been used pretty widely

It seems to be more or less finished, but I'm planning to have some other nifty features added, including being able to change the flatbed to something else, like a tank or a box.
Also, bits of code was taken from Strato's M35 Transport vehicle. Kudos to him.
