umm... it's wird cause the tris only show in the render, but not in the 3d view port.
anyone know if it's the lighting or something like that, because in the 3d port it's all rectangles

That's because blender converts all geometry to tris while rendering.

because it shows rectangles but if you actualy line up both lines on the rectangle, they wont line up so it's actualy a triangle.



Finished. Knocked the count down by about 1100 polys.

Protruding primers!!! That is a very bad thing. (My kestrel carbine in 9x38 carbine can, and will fire protruding-primer rounds without the firing pin, the bolt face will crush them enough to set them off and reseat the primer).

The Shells, right? I did that to simulate the depth of the shells without actually pushing it in, because doing that would add an extra 120 faces that I do not need. :P
