+3k triangle models are not usually meant for games.
Well I thought it was odd that you were using septims instead of just coins or something. Also did you make the textures and stuff or did you steal them? They look a lot like this mod for oblivion that makes the coins look nicer.

Septims just look cool.

Little side note here that the coin texture is by VagabondAngel and wood texture is from CGTExtures.

Doubles because.. ugh.. progress.

Texturing is really not my thing. I mean jesus that is bad.

Progress.

Well now I'm too far into it that I can't scrap it. All I have left to do is an interior, new wheels, maybe add a side mirror, and then some cleanup. But there is still plenty I don't like. I'm not too fond of the hood of the car. There are also annoying vertices and edges that are off by a hair, and not matching up with each other.

Yes, I suppose it is a typical large phydeoux-sized vehicle. But there is little I can do to compact it more, without losing the muscle-car look. The player sits right on the bottom of the car and his head nearly scrapes the ceiling. If there is a passenger they're pretty much holding hands, and the other hand is almost in the door. I have scrunched it up length-wise quite a bit from the original model.

When that's done I'll fix the driving, (it flips when it turns) and then I can start working on a Dodge Charger.

Progress.

Why would you want to scrap it, that is beautiful.

I agree, but apparently he has his standards set differently.

Thanks but its just one of those things.

The creator only sees the flaws in his creation.

But no I won't scrap it. I have 3 different saves of it, so I figure that was my hint that I wanted to keep it.

make the license plate blank, it'll look forgetin handicapped if everyone's driving around with the same one.

The plate is just for the picture. It's a reference to something, as well as the choice to use that green.

Made to look like a silenced G18 with a scope

Hey phy, do you use MS3D?
If so, select the vertices you want lined up, and scale them down to 0.
Like:

front view:
[1.0]
  • [1.0]

   x     y     z

Making them line up perfectly on the y axis, and set the x to 0 if you want them to line up perfectly on the x axis too.
I hope you get what i am saying :P

Normally, i would ask for the model :P

yeah i know what you're talking about, but one of the hard parts is selecting the right vertices. xP

Yeaaahh....

Well, i use to hide unneeded parts of the whole model and unneeded vertices.
