I was a stuffty modeler back then, and i'm a stuffty modeler now.

I'm aware of all of those problems.
I'm not going to fix them, making this add-on was a bad idea anyways.
I removed it from RTB and Mediafire. Locking.

Is there an more particular way to rotate a model in blender? I try to rotate with the R key and it just ends up making it crooked. I need it to be rotated 90 degrees exactly.

r+(then hit x y or z depending on axis your rotating it on)+90

You can also hold the Ctrl key while rotating to snap it to certain angles, and while holding Ctrl, you can also hold Shift to snap it to smaller angles
