its positioned just right and the face should be accurate

no matter how i rotate it it always stays like that
im using the blender dts export btw

did you apply location, rotation, and scale?

it could also be in your export settings. for some reason, certain export settings automatically set Z+ as the forward axis rather than the vertical axis

For blockland you should use +X forward and +Z up instead

The settings should be toward the bottom left (may need to scroll down) when you go to export the model

i can't find anything related to what i'm looking for

Oh whoops, i was thinking of of the OBJ exporter, not DTS

Does your model have a mountPoint node? I think to add the node, you need to add a single arrow (Shift + A > Empty > Single Arrow) and name it 'mountPoint'
