Is it normal/acceptable for a model to have 1300 triangles? It's for Blockland.

does it have anything in it or is the box alone 1300 triangles?

It's just that model.

It's just that model.

well i cant see how there could be 1300 triangles in that model.. could i have a obj of it?

No, but you can have a wireframe screeny. Doesn't seem like 1300 tris to me.

Never mind, it's 478 tris. Blender is really buggy.

I see a mess of black lines, so i guess that does look like 1300 polys

perhaps there is another mesh somewhere you forgot to delete before modeling that? if not i dun know

You'd think he'd notice that, wouldn't he? Are there are extra/unneeded triangles that can be deleted to lower the polycount?

it would also help the polycount if you got rid of the bevel

But it's for Blockland, if your model doesn't have beveling for every little big, it r teh sux11! >:c

Pretty nive for your first model.
Aye. Mine was a tangled mass of triangles.

First model was a little too detailed.
Then I did this instead.

It was ok, but I planned to reinstall the barrel later.
Then I dropped it.
I'm thinking about Picking back up on it.
Should I?
And here's my latest.
