Found a download for a .blend file of it somewhere on the forums, and modified it. I'm pretty sure the link is still around.

There was just recently a topic about the minifig model. The minifig model also was posted earlier in this topic. A quick search would've found that for you. Anyways, most people just imported the .dts in a program, then exported it to another program.
