It would be good but its not lined up on the axis and has too many polies.

Yeah I understand exporting it from milkshape messes it up.

Not everyone is so bad at modeling, like you, that they need to trace a picture.

He didn't say anything about tracing - and there's nothing wrong with having a reference image.

The only things I don't like, is:

A) The barrel sticks out of the girth of the gun, and tapers out.
B) The slide of the gun is too small. It's not tall enough, and doesn't balance with the handle and the curved part coming off the the back of the handle. (Whatever the technical term is)
