Use of attachments plus the new stock.

I made an Ak-47 with several attachments also.. most of the attachments are modeled after your style, but the gun itself is unique.

Well, I doubt he will not flatshade it. :/

Also, basically for guns, flatshade is better. Things like vehicles and some other stuff, you don't always need to, but I always flatshade my guns.

I was referring to people in general. The thing is, sometimes a touch of smooth shading can make all the difference. Have you noticed the smoother bits on Badspot's stuff?

Yes, almost everything has smoothing, except for the gun. The only thing smoothed in that is the handle.

Also, a handy tip for Blender users: EdgeSplit modifier can help you with sorting out weird smoothshading issues. Whole lot easier than separating bits.
