Sorry, not gonna take your advice. I dont think that 1600 faces is too unreasonable.
Not everyone sees the details on your models as "fine details", Takato
I think he was referring his own model as having fine details, not others.Which still shouldn't come from him, unless he really wants to make a fool of himself.Get on steam army unit.
"fine details" that no one will see and that at least 10 people will generally be waving around at a time.
You notice EVERYTHING in 1st person view.
When I said fine, I meant small, miniscule details that most others dont consider adding while modeling.
There are groves in the (beveled) bolts. The stock has ridges all up and down it. The Firing chamber cover has a grill in it. When I said fine, I meant small, miniscule details that most others dont consider adding while modeling. And what are you saying with that second statement, exactly?
nobody puts them in because they're unnecessary and just bump up the polycount unnecessarily and often greatly. i mean seriously, especially if you insist on BEVELING those small details no one cares about.
instead of crying "GIVE CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM AWAAAAHHHH" how about you get the stuff out of your eyes and actually read for loving once: your models are too high poly. they do not look good in game. don't go saying "IT'S FOR ME LOL" folloed immediately by "I SHARE THEM GIVE ME CRITICISM," you idiotic hypocrite. if you're going to be a complete moron at lest be consistent about how you do it.
My models are NOT too high poly. They look loving epic in-game. That is NOT being a hypocrite, those things arent even contradictions of themselves. I mod for myself, and I put some of my mods on RTB to let others use. You're the one being a complete moron considering you are intensely butthurt that I never let you use Soul Calibur. Get over it.
Everything bold is completely wrong.Everything underlined is obviously true.
