EDIT: I said it probably wont work because your "main character" doesn't follow human anatomy + the animation was pretty hurpin'
I said your OPINION was stuff. Not you're modelling skills. Though you're modelling skills are terrible. Also I used that line on you...

Anyways the model follows anatomy fine, especially since you likely won't see his body ever unless you decide to wear no shirt or something. Besides that its not completely done yet.
Oh and the animation was made in 2 minutes or so. I was just using it to see if udk would detect the animation.

You load the .blend file like any other one. I don't see any complicated process in that.

I think you should model a sniper rifle, maybe the R700 because it would match the style and colour of the other weapons there. Maybe an assault rifle too, I don't know what one though.
