It started out as a normal M16 model, then it just moved onto something else.
But yeah, A3 and A4 are practically the same, except A4 is meant for a longer range.

It's going to have a smaller barrel as a result of that.

Unlike the A4, I decided to balance it out by making it shorter than the A4 and giving it a lower power ACOG scope.
