RTB has a lot of limits, you can't upload something if it uses another items datablock name.

So if out of the more or less infinite number of datablock names you could use, you choose to use one that is being used by something else, you can't upload it.

Which can all be totally avoided by:
1) Naming your datablocks 'ClockturnstufftyDeagleImage' etc
2) Not making more replica guns given that we have maybe ten things worth using that aren't replica guns, and instead dedicated your time to making semi-interesting, original weapons that may or may not do something other than shoot projectiles that do damage

this on the other hand is a legitimate reason not to, because once ephi decides he hates you it's pretty much impossible to become not-hated, regardless of professionalism or life changing experiences

no, just that a lot of people seem to think rtb is bad because some things are deemed to be (and generally are) of substandard quality and are then removed/filtered

ctrl+h in Notepad -> weaponName -> yourNameWeaponName -> magic occurs
Don't need to rename models (different paths) or change ui names (as far as I know duplicate UI names aren't an issue, they're just kind of annoying, but if you do need to it's once again easy enough to find+replace it)
If you can't be bothered to do that, I don't know how you even finished an add-on in the first place
