Just use the original concept Blockhead (like the one in the BL Ad banner)

Paint it, a la TF2, maybe. Solid colours with some subtle brush strokes for texture, with some slight wear and tear?

Yeah, the legs are pretty botched. I was trying to think of how to overcome the angle of the feet.

So, besides making the arms a constant width and adjusting the legs, would this look cool for 3D printing? Or should I make a base that says blockland or something.
