cycles render actually simulates photons bouncing around so that's why its like 50x slower and needs a different kind of material system
Except it isnt cycles render and cycles is still allot faster than whatever Project Felix uses

because people insist doing anything else is wrong

can't generalize all blocky styles as extreme blocky. the reality is theres a pretty large sliding scale, between say TheKhoz to Trogtor to Bushido to Path/Perry.

whats commonly agreed on is that too much fidelity without appropriate consideration for blockhead anatomy proportions results in guns that feel off ingame, that look out of place like how a direct port of gmod models to blockland looks out of place.

You know I would've appreciated a "wow that actually looks cool" or "nice recolorable attachments thats so awesome can't wait" instead of the usual "duurrrrrrr 2blocky"
