Honestly it is too blocky, which makes the gun look off and too chunky.

There are good models that are blocky, but when they are so blocky and chunky that they come out too large and weird looking, then it's too much

Blocky style is good when done right, when it's over exaggerated is when it looks really weird and not that good.
