Yeah so his girlfriend isn't a supermodel. Perhaps that isn't what he was looking for. Maybe he enjoys someone who has a certain personality.
However a child at 13 years old is not excusable.

It doesn't matter. If she is older than him it counts as statuatory rape. It doesn't have to be one person is 18+ and the other is 18-.....
