Eh, it's good, I'll give you that, but it isn't what I would say... epic.
The design of the house is great, the exterior looks good. Though a house that has a flat screen TV, why does it have a carriage designed like a western wagon from the 19'th century? A little odd, but moving on.
The entrance looks fine, but once you're inside, the massive amounts of color really make my eyes hurt. I mean, it was one thing to go for detail, but it feels like a big splash of spamming the brown pallet in a custom colorset. The chairs are a weird design, and I rather don't like them.
The whole thing is great looking and well built, but the color just hurts my eyes. You have so much brown I can't tell when the floor starts and the furniture begins. Maybe it's part of the design, but if you cut it down to maybe two or three distinc colors, or just changed the walls or the furniture color it would be more appealing to the eyes.
So, with the problems and all, it defiantly deserves a 9/10 because this is a really good build. It just hurts my eyes to look at.
