See-through body and some vehicles

Alright, it's been going on for a while and it's about to annoy the heck out of me. On my grandparent's BRAND NEW computer, the main body part of the avatar is invisible. I've reinstalled Blockland twice and it hasn't helped.

Sorry if there is page stretch. Also, vehicles are transparent in some parts, too. I didn't take a picture, but I will if needed. PLEASE HELP!

Press the Vista Logo (On the keyboard or with the mouse), go Run, now type "dxdiag" without the quotation marks. Press enter. When it's done reading, go into Display. Look for the Chipset, then post what you see, here. We'll help.
