Author Topic: Let's finish Titanic.  (Read 10521 times)

This is great.

I could probably build Luna from the ground up. But I don't know much about boats, and I don't feel like building on a boat at the moment =/ Not even Titanic actually. I just hope it gets finished soon, and that you find yourself some bad ass builders to help you finish it ! =)
Oh thank god we have you in our community then, oh great one!

Anyway, cant wait to see the finished result

I stopped playing Blockland for a while now :/ ... I'm here for the kicks, not the bricks  :cookieMonster:

No thanks.

Hull complete.

You have my interest. The stern looks a tad rough, but it's impressive overall.

I had to re-do the stern a couple of times. The first time I put the rudder out a bit too far and it would look quite silly. :3

Great job! Welcome to the club, man! I look forward to working with you. Titanic has a highly similar curve, rudder, and central propeller, and you look to be highly skilled in those areas. The side 3-bladed propellers might be harder to do, but we can cross that bridge when we come to it.

Speaking of the bridge, the compass in front of the wheelbase might need a minor design change, Bones. I'll see what I can do when we get on again.

I'm not exactly the best builder, but I'm pretty good with events and sometimes find new things with them. Also I know a good amount of info about the Titanic........one of my favorite subjects to talk about. :P

Thanks Gigantic. :3

Beautiful job. What color is it going to be when it's all finished?

I'll be you historian bitch :D                                                                edit: I can't go on for a few weeks I can't use my computer. I'm on my IPod

I am thinking if we want this done faster, we may need to consider multitasking.

Like while one person makes the hull, another lays out the decks while another person sets up walls and another adjusts doors and the like.

Accuracy is MY job.

It's been arranged where if you want to join by knowledge alone, I will have to test you. Either PM me or join me on the server if you are REALLY serious about it, and want to be tested. Or tell me what information sources you have open to you. (Books, sites, plans, etc)

Ever hear of a Library?

Ooh and they are public too!

Oh and Xoax that's a nice hull but it's not curved properly to fit a tug profile.

If public domain has such detailed info, then tell me this:

How many upright and grand pianos were on Titanic?
