Author Topic: Builders: Spanish Galleon  (Read 2066 times)

Recently I have been craving another good ship build. And as usual I built an older sail ship. This time it is not a generic pirate ship though, it is a royal Spanish galleon / Spanish treasure ship. There is not much interior but I will post pics of inside. This build overall took about about 2-3 hours and you may rate out of 10 if you want. Lastly I really do hate the quality of the pictures so I will post a save for all who want.
Credit to Stratofortress for introducing a new way to build some nicer sails and helping me with the cannon designs.

The back just looks odd.

I am on your server looking at it now haha, looks good.

I had to fill in the blanks, I made this ship using mostly that and some of my own ideas. Also I cut alot of the extra spam off to keep it lower brick count.

Super lovey, keep it up.

Damnitt. I really liked this   -until I saw that it wasn't totally yours. Oh well.

Yeah I did not plan on copying something so exact. But I was Googling galleons and it came up and I instantly loved the way it looked and wanted to bring it to life in blockland with a little less spam and a few ideas of my own. Sorry about the letdown I guess.

Interior could use some work, exterior is epic.

I don't think I've ever seen sails like that, they look really nice : )

decent
good
great
It rounds up to Epic.

Anyway is that all Gold

Another thing is I though Galleons were a bit wider and also had more hulk in the front.  Nevermind I don't know too much about ships.

The excess of yellow makes it look weird.

Yea It looks like there is a lot of yellow. Other than that, I like it :D.
