Blender DTS

I have blender and I downloaded Python and the DTS exporter and tried to run the Windows install for it, that didn't work. So I extracted all the files to the Blender file and still, the DTS export type does not show up in the export menu. What am I doing wrong?

You mean the WindowsInstallScript? Yeah, It says an error and then closes. But when I activate the file after extracting it, it says that scripts were copied successfully . What is wrong? The console says this:

Bah, why can everyone but me get it working with the latest version. If the latest version doesn't work, try Python version 2.5.2

1. Where do I install Python to?

2. How do I fix this?

Uninstall Blender

Run the install for python -- it should install automatically.

Re-Install Blender

Install the dts exporter, I used the .js script to install it.

Run Blender

lern2export

Model get.

.js is java script

You can't import skp into blender.

the dts exporter seems to screw around all the other importers/exporters, try and chnage the skp into an obj and either look for an obj installer for Blender, or try reinstalling Blender and see if the obj importer is there.

Well look for an IMPORTER or export it to a obj then import it. I dont even know what the hell a kmz is.
