In-game:

CTRL+O > Top Right Corner > Avatar Options > Edit Avatar

Are you talking about the hats with your avatar, then

In-game:

CTRL+O > Top Right Corner > Avatar Options > Edit Avatar

If your talking about the /ahg /rh /linkhatgreen etc, then /normalme will remove just about everything.
